No doubt you’ve heard of Canva and the fact you can create free designs with the tool, but what you maybe didn’t know is that you can create some awesome free gaming logos too!

Their logo maker is great and most definitely one of the best around in terms of the logo quality, including many of the free templates. It’s incredibly easy to use the logo maker with barely any learning curve at all, and it simple to customize many aspects of the logo.

There are currently a couple of downsides though.

The first is that there is currently only a handful of gaming logo templates. You can see all the available gaming logo templates in the image above. Second is that you can’t download logos with a transparent background unless you pay for their premium subscription.

You can use a tool like Kapwing to remove the image background though!

Steps to create your logo:

  • Click on ‘Create a design’
  • Enter custom dimensions (e.g. 1500x1500px) and click ‘create design’
  • Search for ‘gaming logo’ in the search bar
  • Choose a template category that fits your niche (e.g. Gaming logos)
  • Select a template you like
  • Customize it to your liking
  • Download it!

Free gaming logos we made with Canva:

  • Free (no transparent background unless you get the subscription)
  • ‘Free’ with their monthly subscription plan ($13.99 for one month with unlimited downloads of all their premium templates)

What we like:

  • Gorgeous templates to start your design from
  • Easily find logos in specific categories
  • Create something that looks professional in seconds
  • Intuitive and easy to learn interface
  • Awesome free logos!
