Like Placeit, Canva is so much more than just a tool for making panels. They have social media templates, YouTube templates, and so much more.

Their platform isn’t specifically geared up to create Twitch panels (there are no Twitch panel templates currently) however you can easily use the tool to create any kind of Twitch panel design – including stream schedule panels.

All you need to do is put in custom dimensions for your design (dimensions for a typical twitch panel e.g. 320×100) and then add elements to the blank canvas and customize until you’re happy.

The tool is very user-friendly so you can quickly create something that looks awesome! If you’re after a set of panels just download a panel then customize the existing design for your next panel, it’s super easy.

Snappa homepage

Like Placeit, Snappa does a lot more than simply help you create Twitch panels. They have a whole bunch of other templates including Twitch Banners, YouTube designs, videos, the list goes on.

Their panel maker is pretty solid but not amazing (in our opinion).  However, it definitely lets you create some really good-looking designs with relative ease.

You can customize every aspect of the templates so if you’re wanting to create some really unique panels it could be a great option for you.  It’s also a very user-friendly tool as well so you should have no issues creating the look and feel that you’re after.

Steps to create your panel:

  • Customize to your liking
  • Download it!

#4 Fotor

Fotor homepage

Like a few of the tools on this list, Fotor offers quite a bit more than just the option to create Twitch panels.  You can create all kinds of designs, many for free!

Like Canva their platform isn’t currently set up for creating Twitch panels (there are also no Twitch panel templates currently) however you can use the tool to create good-looking Twitch panel designs.

In virtually the same steps as on Canva, all you need to do is put in custom dimensions for your design (dimensions for a typical twitch panel e.g. 320×100) and then add elements to the blank canvas and customize until you’re happy with what you see.

The tool is very easy to use so you can quickly create something that looks good! You can quickly create sets of panels too if that’s what you’re after.

Like Canva you have a lot of control over the design and plenty of customization options! So Fotor is well worth checking out. The best part is that you can create all the designs you need for free too!

#5 Kapwing

Kapwing homepage

Next up we have Kapwing, an online video, image, and gif editing platform that also happens to offer a 100% free Twitch panel maker.

The tool itself is very intuitive and easy to use but the main downside is that you have to create the designs from scratch (unlike a tool like Placeit where you can start your design from a premade template).

That being said, if you spent a little bit of time (not long at all) you can create some good-looking designs.  They might not be the fanciest but you can add plenty of custom shapes, fonts, images, etc. to make your designs unique to you.

As mentioned it is completely free so if you’re on a tight budget but still want some good-looking designs Kapwing is well worth checking out.

Steps to create your panel:

  • Go to Kapwings image editor
  • Set a custom canvas size (320×100 for Twitch panels is best)
  • Add elements to the canvas to create your panel
  • Customize to your liking

Like Canva, you need to put in custom dimensions for your design (dimensions for a typical twitch panel e.g. 320×100) and then add elements to the blank canvas and customize until you’re happy.

Crello is such an easy tool to use that you should have no problem creating some great designs for your Twitch panels.  You can customize all aspects of the design so you can end up with some very good designs that will be unique to your Twitch channel.

They create some of the highest quality stream designs going, and what you might not have known is that they have their very own free Twitch panel maker too.

The tool itself is incredibly easy to use, you can create designs in seconds. However, if you’re looking for a tool that will let you make a lot of customizations then you’re better off looking elsewhere.

But if you’re after a simple design for your panels then it could be a great option for you. Did we mention it’s 100% free too?!

#8 WDFlat

WDFlat panels

WDflat is an online resource for streamers that offers mostly free templates and stream packs for Twitch and YouTube.  They also offer many templates that can be customized in their online editor, including some Twitch panels.

They currently don’t offer that many Twitch panel templates that can be edited in their online tool (hopefully they’ll keep adding more) but the few that are available are pretty cool and can be customized a bit to be unique to you.

However, if you’re looking for very unique and customized designs it would definitely be worth checking out some of the other tools such as Placeit or Snappa.

The panel maker is very simplistic and doesn’t offer much in the way of customizations.  But if you’re going for a simple design it could offer what you need.

Steps to create your panel:

  • Pick a template you like
  • Click ‘launch in online editor’
  • Customize it to your liking
  • Download it!

Panels we made with WDFlat:

Pricing:

  • Free!

What we like:

  • Some cool templates to use
  • 100% free templates
  • Incredibly easy to use
  • Create good looking designs in seconds

Due to the limited customization options, you won’t get the most unique panel designs from WDFlat. That being said the few templates they have that can be edited in their online panel maker are pretty cool. Worth checking out!

#9 OWN3D Panel Design Extension

OWN3D’s Twitch panel extension

If you’re looking for high-quality and professional-looking stream designs OWN3D is one of the best options out there.  They have all stream designs you could ever need, including Twitch panel templates.

They also have a Twitch panel maker which can be added as an extension right within Twitch itself.  You simply need to install the extension on your channel and then you will have the option to create panels through the panel maker on your channel page.

Currently, the tool is a bit clunky and not all that beginner-friendly (hopefully they will improve this) but it does allow you to create some decent panel designs (including animated ones) and it’s all within Twitch which is a bonus.

However, if you’re after heavily customizable and unique designs you’re definitely better off looking elsewhere!

Steps to create your panel :

  • Add extension to your Twitch channel
  • Configure through the panel editor

#11 EmotesCreator

If you don’t have the skills to design your own Twitch panels and you’re after the easiest and quickest way to create your own then you should check out EmotesCreator’s tool.

Like their emotes maker and sub badge maker the tool is so easy to use that even your grandma could do it. All you need to do is go through the various customization tabs and select the options you want for your panels.

In a matter of seconds, you’ll have a panel (or several) ready to go. The best part is that it’s 100% free.

The only downside of the EmotesCreator tool is the fact that the customization options are fairly limited. For example, you can’t adjust the text size or change the placements of the icons or text.

StreamShift is a 100% free resource offering various stream assets including overlays, widgets, borders, panels, and more. If you’re on a very tight budget and looking for some cool designs they could be a great option.

The customization options are okay but not as good as some of the other tools on this list.  However, for a free tool, it’s a great offering!  You can easily change the fonts, colors, and icons of your panels.

The team at Stream Shift also seems to be adding new templates on a consistent basis, so well worth taking note of their site and checking back in from time to time!

Steps to create your Stream Shift:

The tool’s interface couldn’t be simpler. You simply have to follow the easy steps and in a few clicks, you’ll have a decent-looking panel or set of panels for your Twitch channel.

It has to be said that the tool is currently a bit limited in terms of the customization options and the number of templates you can use for your designs. So if you’re looking for something unique or want the ability to alter every aspect of your panel design then you’re better off using another tool.

However, if you’re after a very simple-looking panel that is super easy to make then Stream Maker is a good option for you.
